How to get the most accurate age guess

How does the AI age guesser work?
A small neural network runs directly in your browser. It finds each face, maps points around the eyes, nose, mouth and jaw, and an age model estimates how old the face looks. The model learned from many thousands of labelled face photos which visible features – skin texture, the shape of the eyes, the fullness of the cheeks – go with which age.
How accurate is it?
For a clear photo the guess is often within a few years, but it can be off by ten years or more with poor light, filters or unusual angles. That is why we show a likely range. It shows how old you look in this photo – not your real age. For your real age, use the age calculator.
